25 Days of Etsy Christmas Gifts. Day Twenty: The Maritimes

today, we look at ten etsy shops from canada's east coast provinces. the only time i headed out that way, i was three and staying on an air force base so my only memories of the maritimes are of jets flying overhead with a deafening roar at all hours of the day. i will have to remedy that soon enough because i've read and heard about how gorgeous these provinces are!

1.from halifax, nova scotia, poison pear clothing and accessories offers unique, screen printed clothing and accessories. 

2. wild woman jewelry, based in fredericton, new brunswick, boasts and incredible selection of almost nine-hundred (!!) handcrafted gift ideas. be it for stocking stuffers or more, you should really check this shop out for fun, colourful jewelry. 

3. for lovely, handcrafted, glass creations, be sure to check out snl creations, a shop based in minto, new brunswick. 

4. metsy made is an adorable shop based in fredericton, new brunswick. if you're looking for a stocking stuffer for the lady coffee drinkers on your list, you should order a few of their cute, crocheted, sleeves/cozies. 

5. wry and ginger, a shop from halifax, nova scotia had me busting a gut as i perused their cards, looking for images that would look great (and be appropriate- ahem!) for this listing. you'll start at one listing and, the next thing you know, you will have reached the last item in the shop and your cheeks will be sore. 

6. also from halifax, moody and sanguine offers up a variety of items, including chain mail jewelry and these pretty and practical cases.

7. if you or someone on your list appreciates beautifully handcrafted wooden gifts, i recommend that you take some time to check out cattails woodwork, a shop based in charlottetown, prince edward island. 

8. for mouthwatering, fair trade and organic treats, you should really take a look at cocoa and honey, a great little shop, based in halifax, nova scotia. 

9. also in halifax, enter the sun offers fresh, eco-minded clothing and accessories that would appeal to a varied clientele. be sure to take a moment to check them out!

10. last but not least and once more from halifax, my handbound books is a small but lovely shop offering handbound journals and notebooks. you can tell by the amount of sales that they've made (over two-thousand) that their selection has not always been this small so, in addition to being a great place to shop for the holidays, this is also one to definitely keep an eye on!
